Return & Refund policy

Customer can request a return within 5 days of delivery.

Eligible reason for return: 

Return/replacement is only accepted in the following cases:

⚫  Product is damaged or broken 

⚫ Wrong product received 

⚫ Product is defective or not working 

Non-returnable cases: return will not be accepted for: 

⚫ Change of mind 

⚫ No proper proof provided (images/video)

⚫ Product used or tampered 

Return process:

  1. Customer must contact us within 5 days of delivery via Email/Whatsapp.
  2. Customer must share unboxing video+ product images showing the issue.
  3. Once we verify, we will initiate a return/ replacement with our supplier.
  4. After the product is picked up & inspected , refund/replacement will be processed.

Refund timeline:

⚫ Refund is processed only after returned product passes quality check.

⚫ Refund will be issued to the original payment method.

⚫ Timeline: 7-10 working days after quality check clearance.

Return pickup & charges 

⚫ In case of valid return ( our fault), pickup charges will be covered by us.

⚫ In invalid return (customer fault), return shipping charges may be deducted from refund or request can be rejected 

 

Notes:

In case of cod orders, shipping charges are non-refundable.
